It's football season! Start the grill and prepare the wings! While grilling chicken wings without any flare ups can sometimes be a tedious process, we know when done right, it's a delicious treat. You must constantly rotate them around the grill until each one is crispy and browned to perfection. But if you have the skill and the patience, you will be rewarded by wings that are unmatched by anyone anywhere. We guarantee it!

10 Chicken Wings (cut in sections, tip discarded)
2-4 T. 8th Wonder Spice Blend
4 oz. Butter (melted)
3 oz. Hot Sauce (we used Texas Pete)
Dips and sides of your choice
Wash and dry the wing sections.
Season them well with 8th Wonder Spice Blend.
Let the wings stand at room temperature while you light the grill.
When grill is hot, slowly grill wings until cooked well-done and skin is very crispy.
Transfer the cooked wings into a bowl with a lid.
Pour the melted butter and hot sauce over wings. Shake well.
Serve wings with your favorite dips and sides.
