8th Wonder Baked Buffalo Cauliflower

8th Wonder Baked Buffalo Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Large head of Cauliflower (cut in 1-2" chunks)

  • 2 T. 8th Wonder Spice Blend

  • 4 oz. Butter (melted)

  • 3 oz. Buffalo Sauce (we used Texas Pete)

  • 1 oz. Mustard (Yellow or Brown)

  • 1 oz. BBQ Sauce

  • Oil Spray

  • Dips of your choice (we like Ranch, Blue Cheese, or Sweet Thai)

  • 1 Ziploc bag (gallon sized)

Buffalo Baked Cauliflower on Pan

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a large baking pan with foil and grease with oil.

  2. Chop the cauliflower in 1-2" sections. Set aside.

  3. In a gallon sized ziploc bag, combine 8th Wonder Spice Blend, melted butter, buffalo sauce, mustard, and BBQ sauce. Kneed the bag until thoroughly mixed.

  4. Add the cauliflower chunks to the spice-filled ziploc bag. Seal bag and toss ingredients until cauliflower is thoroughly coated.

  5. Distribute coated cauliflower onto the baking pan, preferably without pieces touching.

  6. Optional: For a crispier exterior, lightly spray each piece with oil spray.

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until exterior is lightly toasted.

  8. Transfer to a platter with dipping sauces of your choice. We like ranch, blue cheese, and sweet Thai. ENJOY!
