INGREDIENTS
1 Large head of Cauliflower (cut in 1-2" chunks)
2 T. 8th Wonder Spice Blend
4 oz. Butter (melted)
3 oz. Buffalo Sauce (we used Texas Pete)
1 oz. Mustard (Yellow or Brown)
1 oz. BBQ Sauce
Oil Spray
Dips of your choice (we like Ranch, Blue Cheese, or Sweet Thai)
1 Ziploc bag (gallon sized)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a large baking pan with foil and grease with oil.
Chop the cauliflower in 1-2" sections. Set aside.
In a gallon sized ziploc bag, combine 8th Wonder Spice Blend, melted butter, buffalo sauce, mustard, and BBQ sauce. Kneed the bag until thoroughly mixed.
Add the cauliflower chunks to the spice-filled ziploc bag. Seal bag and toss ingredients until cauliflower is thoroughly coated.
Distribute coated cauliflower onto the baking pan, preferably without pieces touching.
Optional: For a crispier exterior, lightly spray each piece with oil spray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until exterior is lightly toasted.
Transfer to a platter with dipping sauces of your choice. We like ranch, blue cheese, and sweet Thai. ENJOY!
